1. Green jackfruit in brine, rinsed and shredded 1 (20 ounce) can
2. Curry powder 2 tablespoons
3. Chili powder 2 tablespoons
4. Salt, or to taste 1 teaspoon
5. Ground cardamom 1 teaspoon
6. Dried parsley 1 teaspoon
7. Ground turmeric ½ teaspoon
8. Ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon
9. Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
10. Garlic, minced 3 cloves
11. Ground ginger 1 teaspoon
12. Ground cumin ½ teaspoon
13. Onion, chopped 1 small
14. Water 1 cup
15. Coconut milk 5 tablespoons
16. Chopped fresh cilantro ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Coconut Jackfruit Curry

1 . Stage

Combine jackfruit, curry powder, chili powder, salt, cardamom, parsley, turmeric, and cinnamon in a bowl. Let rest for 10 minutes.

2 . Stage

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, and cumin; cook and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add onion and cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add seasoned jackfruit, water, and coconut milk; mix well. Reduce heat and simmer for 7 minutes.

3 . Stage

Turn off heat, add cilantro, and mix well. Serve hot.
