1. Chickpeas (garbanzos), drained and rinsed 2 (19 ounce) cans
2. Small cherry tomatoes, halved 1 pint
3. Crumbled goat-milk feta cheese ½ cup
4. Finely shredded basil leaves 3 tablespoons
5. Honey 2 tablespoons
6. Garlic, minced 3 large cloves
7. Red wine vinegar 3 tablespoons
8. Cider vinegar 3 tablespoons
9. Olive oil 3 tablespoons
10. Ground black pepper ½ teaspoon
11. Cayenne pepper ¼ teaspoon
12. Salt ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Chickpea Salad

1 . Stage

Toss chickpeas, tomatoes, feta cheese, and basil together in a large mixing bowl.

To make the dressing: Put honey in a small glass bowl; heat in microwave for 30 seconds to make it easier to blend. Stir in garlic, red wine vinegar, cider vinegar, olive oil, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and salt.
