1. Stage
Cut the onion into half rings. Boil the beans and cool them. Cut peppers into small cubes.

Fry the onion in a little vegetable oil, then add the mushrooms and fry a little more. In a salad bowl mix: pepper, beans, onion and mushrooms, and diced chicken breast. Add salt, pepper, vinegar and a little more vegetable oil. If desired, for spiciness squeeze a clove of garlic. Stir the salad gently.

Place a couple of salad leaves in serving bowls and lay out the prepared, stirred salad.
