How to cook deliciously - Caprese salad with figs
1. Stage
Wash the tomatoes, figs and lettuce and pat dry. Cut figs and mozzarella into 0.5 cm slices.
2. Stage
Pull the salad apart, place on the bottom of the plate, place the sliced figs and mozzarella on the lettuce.

Slice the Parmesan with a vegetable peeler.
4. Stage
Place the cherry tomatoes on top of the figs and mozzarella. Sprinkle the salad with finely chopped jamon or prosciutto, dress with perfect butter, drizzle with balsamic cream, sprinkle with Parmesan and garnish with basil leaves. Pepper with pink pepper. Enjoy!
