3. Olive oil ½ cup
4. Flat iron steaks 4 (8 ounce)

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Arrange garlic cloves on a baking sheet. Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil over garlic.
