Ingredients for - Air Fryer Steak Tips and Portobello Mushrooms

1. Olive oil - ¼ cup
2. Coconut aminos (soy-free seasoning sauce) - 1 tablespoon
3. Montreal steak seasoning - 2 teaspoons
4. Garlic powder - ½ teaspoon
5. Strip steaks, cut into 3/4-inch pieces - 2
6. Portobello mushrooms, quartered - 4 ounces

How to cook deliciously - Air Fryer Steak Tips and Portobello Mushrooms

1. Stage

Combine olive oil, coconut aminos, steak seasoning, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Mix well, add steak pieces, and marinate for 15 minutes.

2. Stage

Preheat an air fryer to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line the bottom of the air fryer basket with perforated parchment paper.

3. Stage

Drain steak pieces from marinade. Add steak and quartered portobello mushrooms to the air fryer basket.

4. Stage

Cook in the preheated air fryer for 5 minutes. Remove basket, toss steak and mushrooms around, and continue cooking for an additional 4 minutes.
