1. Fresh green beans, trimmed - 8 ounces
2. Eggs - 2 large
3. Egg white - 1 large
4. Kosher salt, divided - ½ teaspoon
5. Ground black pepper, divided - ½ teaspoon
6. Seasoned panko bread crumbs - ½ cup
7. Panko bread crumbs - ¼ cup
8. Grated Parmesan cheese - 3 tablespoons
9. Garlic powder - ½ teaspoon
10. Olive oil cooking spray - ½ teaspoon
11. Mayonnaise - ¼ cup
12. Sriracha sauce - 2 teaspoons
13. Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Green Bean Fries with Spicy Mayo

1. Stage

Wash green beans and dry thoroughly.

2. Stage

Whisk together eggs and egg white in a shallow bowl until just frothy. Whisk in 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.

Combine seasoned and regular panko, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and remaining salt and pepper in another shallow bowl; mix well.

Coat 1/3 of the beans lightly with the egg mixture, then toss in the bread crumb mixture until well coated. Place in a single layer in an air fryer basket and spray lightly with olive oil spray.
