1. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
2. Chopped onion - 1 cup
3. Red bell pepper, diced - 1
4. Yellow bell pepper, diced - 1
5. Orange bell pepper, diced - 1
6. Diced jalapeno peppers - ½ cup
7. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
8. Ground turkey - 1 pound
9. Chicken broth - 4 cups
10. Pumpkin Puree - 2 cups
11. Shredded Cheddar cheese, divided - 2 cups
12. Tomato sauce - 1 (8 ounce) can
13. Tomato, diced - 1 large
14. Chili powder - 1 ½ tablespoons
15. Garlic powder - 1 tablespoon
16. Onion Powder - 1 tablespoon
17. Red pepper flakes - 1 ½ teaspoons
18. Salt - 1 teaspoon
19. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
20. Ground cumin - ½ teaspoon
21. Sour cream - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Pumpkin Turkey Soup

1. Stage

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Saute onion, bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, and garlic until tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in turkey and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.

Mix in chicken broth, pumpkin puree, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, tomato sauce, and tomato. Season with chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and cumin.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until flavors combine, at least 20 minutes. Serve topped with remaining Cheddar cheese and sour cream.
