3. Baking powder - 1 tablespoon
4. Baking soda - ½ teaspoon
5. Salt - ½ teaspoon
6. Brown sugar - ½ cup
7. Butter, softened - ¼ cup
8. Egg, beaten - 1
9. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
10. Mashed ripe bananas - 1 cup
11. Almond milk - ½ cup
12. Chopped fresh cranberries - ½ cup
13. Coarsely chopped walnuts - 1 cup

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 2 muffin tins with paper liners.

Sift flour, oat bran, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together into a large bowl.
