1. Garbanzo beans, drained - 2 (15.5 ounce) cans
2. Corn oil - ¼ cup
3. Sea salt - 1 teaspoon
4. Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
5. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
6. Cayenne pepper - ½ teaspoon
7. Shelled pistachio nuts - 1 cup
8. Chopped fresh thyme leaves - 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Zesty Garbanzo Beans with Pistachio Nuts

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).

In a bowl, toss the garbanzo beans together with the oil, sea salt, cumin, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Transfer to a shallow casserole dish.
