1. Vegetable oil for frying, or as needed - 2 cups
2. Milk - 1 cup
3. Eggs - 2
4. Biscuit mix - 1 ½ cups
5. Grated Parmesan cheese - ½ cup
6. Salt - 1 teaspoon
7. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
8. Fresh asparagus, trimmed - 1 bunch

How to cook deliciously - Deep-Fried Asparagus

1. Stage

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Whisk milk and eggs together in a bowl.

Stir biscuit mix, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper together in a separate bowl.

Dip asparagus into milk mixture.
