Ingredients for - Asparagus

1. Soy sauce - 35 gram
2. Butter - 40 gram
3. Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
4. Egg yolk - 5 PC.
5. Asparagus - 100 gram
6. White pepper - taste
7. Salt - taste

How to cook deliciously - Asparagus

1. Stage

Peel the bottom of the asparagus stem, boil.

2. Stage

Make the sauce: whisk the yolks, lemon juice, ghee, and soy sauce in a blender. Pour the mixture into a saucepan, add white ground pepper, grated root of fresh ginger and cook in a water bath, stirring with a whisk, until slightly thickened. It will take only a couple of minutes.

3. Stage

Pour the prepared asparagus with sauce and serve.
