Ingredients for - Lobster and Chive Bisque

1. Lobster meat - 1 cup
2. Minced onion - 2 tablespoons
3. Butter - 5 tablespoons
4. All-purpose flour - 4 tablespoons
5. Milk - 3 cups
6. Salt - 1 ½ teaspoons
7. Heavy whipping cream - 1 cup
8. Chopped fresh chives - 3 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Lobster and Chive Bisque

1. Stage

In a medium size pot, saute lobster meat, onion and butter until onions are soft.

2. Stage

Stir flour into the pot. When all ingredients are well blended, add milk, salt and cream. Cook over a low heat until soup has thickened.

3. Stage

Garnish soup with green onions before serving.
