Ingredients for - Gochujang Barbeque Sauce

1. White onion, chopped ½
2. Heirloom tomatoes, chopped 3 pounds
3. Apple cider vinegar ½ cup
4. Firmly packed light brown sugar ¼ cup
5. Worcestershire sauce 3 tablespoons
6. Gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste) 3 tablespoons
7. Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
8. Molasses 1 tablespoon
9. Garlic, crushed 4 cloves
10. Lime juice 1 ½ teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Gochujang Barbeque Sauce

1 . Stage

Heat a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, gochujang, soy sauce, molasses, garlic, and lime juice. Bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and allow sauce to cool for at least 15 minutes.

2 . Stage

Fill a blender with the sauce. Puree until smooth.

3 . Stage

Strain sauce through a sieve and pour into sterilized Mason jars.
