1. Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
2. Diced onions - 1 cup
3. Garlic, crushed - 1 clove
4. Lean ground beef - 1 ½ pounds
5. Whole peeled tomatoes - 1 (28 ounce) can
6. Navy beans, with juice - 1 (16 ounce) can
7. Red chili beans in sauce - 1 (16 ounce) can
8. Black beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
9. Diced green bell pepper - ½ cup
10. Diced celery - ½ cup
11. Light brown sugar - ¼ cup
12. White vinegar - 2 tablespoons
13. Chili powder - 1 tablespoon
14. Salt - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Karen's Chili Con Carne Soup

1. Stage

Heat oil in a stockpot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir until tender, about 5 minutes. Add ground beef; cook and stir until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Mix in tomatoes, navy beans, chili beans, black beans, green bell pepper, celery, brown sugar, vinegar, chili powder, and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer until thick, at least 1 hour.
