1. Warm water (100 degrees F/40 degrees C) - 1 cup
2. White sugar - ½ teaspoon
3. Active dry yeast - 1 (.25 ounce) package
4. All-purpose flour - 5 cups

7. Eggs, beaten - 2
8. Butter, melted - ½ cup
9. Sliced pepperoni - 1 (8 ounce) package

1. Stage

Punch down dough; divide into 20 equal pieces about the size of a golf ball. Using your hands, flatten each piece into a small rectangle, about 4 inches square.
