1. New yellow potatoes, halved - 2 pounds
2. Fresh rosemary - 3 sprigs
3. Salt - 2 tablespoons
4. Garlic, whole, peeled, bruised - 3 cloves
5. Bay leaves - 2
6. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
7. Cayenne pepper - 1 pinch
8. Kosher salt - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Special Roasted Potatoes

1. Stage

Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water by 1 inch. Bruise rosemary with the dull side of a knife blade; add to potatoes in the pot. Add salt, garlic, and bay leaves; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain and allow potatoes to air dry.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
