Ingredients for - Chicken Feet Stock

1. Chicken feet - 8 pounds
2. Rotisserie chicken carcasses - 2 medium
3. Carrots, chopped - 8
4. Celery, chopped - 8 stalks
5. Onions, halved and skins left on - 2 medium
6. Fresh thyme - 1 bunch
7. Garlic powder - 2 teaspoons
8. Salt - 2 teaspoons
9. Whole black peppercorns - 1 tablespoon
10. Ground black pepper - 2 teaspoons
11. Bay leaves - 2 large
12. Water to cover - 2 large

How to cook deliciously - Chicken Feet Stock

1. Stage

Combine chicken feet, chicken carcasses, carrots, celery, onions, thyme, garlic powder, salt, peppercorns, pepper, and bay leaves in a 12-quart stockpot. Cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce to a simmer, and simmer for 24 hours. Add some water if necessary. Stir occasionally.

2. Stage

Strain through a colander lined with cheesecloth.
