How to cook deliciously - Meatballs in mustard-honey sauce
1 . Stage
Wash the rice. Pour boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Drain remaining water. Let rice cool.

In a bowl put the rice, minced meat, chopped onion and garlic, chopped herbs, egg and salt. Mix well. Form small meatballs by dipping them in flour. Place in a deep baking dish.

Prepare the sauce. In a bowl put honey, mustard, salt and pour warm water (2 cups). Stir it. In another cup mix starch, flour and cream. We combine all together. Mix well.
4 . Stage
Pour the prepared sauce over the meatballs. Cover the form with the meatballs with foil. Place in heated oven. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 150-160 degrees. 5 minutes before end of baking remove foil.

Serve the meatballs hot.
