1. Apple cider vinegar 3 tablespoons
2. Extra-virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons
3. Honey 1 tablespoon
4. Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon
5. Salt 1 pinch
6. Ground white pepper 1 pinch
7. Romaine lettuce - torn, washed and dried 6 cups
8. Chopped toasted walnuts ⅓ cup
9. Crumbled Gorgonzola cheese ¼ cup
10. Red pear, cored and sliced 1
11. Pomegranate arils ¼ cup
12. Green onion, chopped 1

How to cook deliciously - Red Pear, Pomegranate, and Gorgonzola Salad

1 . Stage

Combine apple cider vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and white pepper in a small container with a lid. Cover tightly and shake until well combined. Set aside.

2 . Stage

Place lettuce in a salad bowl. Sprinkle with toasted walnut pieces and cheese crumbles. Fan pear slices on the top of the salad and sprinkle with pomegranate arils and chopped scallion.

3 . Stage

Drizzle with vinaigrette and serve.
