1. Apple cider vinegar - 3 tablespoons
2. Extra-virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
3. Honey - 1 tablespoon
4. Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
5. Salt - 1 pinch
6. Ground white pepper - 1 pinch
7. Romaine lettuce - torn, washed and dried - 6 cups
8. Chopped toasted walnuts - ⅓ cup
9. Crumbled Gorgonzola cheese - ¼ cup
10. Red pear, cored and sliced - 1
11. Pomegranate arils - ¼ cup
12. Green onion, chopped - 1

How to cook deliciously - Red Pear, Pomegranate, and Gorgonzola Salad

1. Stage

Combine apple cider vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and white pepper in a small container with a lid. Cover tightly and shake until well combined. Set aside.

2. Stage

Place lettuce in a salad bowl. Sprinkle with toasted walnut pieces and cheese crumbles. Fan pear slices on the top of the salad and sprinkle with pomegranate arils and chopped scallion.
