1 . Stage
Roast the oat flakes in a dry pan until lightly golden. Remove from the heat and mix with the honey and butter. Place in a mold or container lined with parchment. Or better yet, use a square to form a salad.

For the filling: 1. In a bowl, melt the chocolate, butter and 50g of milk in a water bath. 2. In a turkey mix sugar, cocoa, 100g of milk. Bring to the boil and boil for 1 minute.

Combine the two mixtures and mix well!

Sprinkle the peanuts on top of the oat base. Spread the chocolate filling on the base with the peanuts. Place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
