2. Baking soda ½ teaspoon
3. Baking powder ½ teaspoon
4. Salt ⅛ teaspoon
5. Butter, softened ¼ cup
6. Turbinado sugar 6 tablespoons
7. Mashed overripe bananas 1 ¼ cups
8. Egg, beaten 1 large

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease and flour a fluted tube pan (such as Bundt).

Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

Combine butter and sugar in a blender; process until sugar is almost completely dissolved.
