4. Skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips - 1 ½ pounds
5. Extra-virgin olive oil - ¼ cup
6. Minced garlic - 1 tablespoon
7. Low-sodium chicken stock - 2 ¼ cups
8. Frozen mixed vegetables - 1 cup
9. Grape tomatoes, halved - 1 pint
10. Green onions, diagonally sliced - 1 bunch
11. Zucchini, quartered and sliced - 1 medium
12. Sun-dried tomato pesto - 2 tablespoons
13. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons

1. Stage

Whisk together flour, parsley, and basil in a medium bowl. Add chicken strips and toss until well coated.
