Ingredients for - Ginger Cookies from Stevia In The Raw

1. All-purpose flour - 2 cups
2. Baking soda - ¾ teaspoon
3. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
4. Ground ginger - 2 teaspoons
5. Ground Saigon cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
6. Ground cloves - ⅛ teaspoon
7. Butter - ½ cup
8. Stevia In The Raw® Bakers Bag - ⅓ cup
9. Sugar In The Raw® - ¼ cup
10. Eggs - 1
11. Karo® Dark Corn Syrup - ¼ cup
12. Sugar In The Raw®, or as needed - ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Ginger Cookies from Stevia In The Raw

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Stage

Combine flour, baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves in a medium bowl; set aside.

3. Stage

Beat butter, Stevia in the Raw, and 1/4 cup Sugar in the Raw in a large bowl with a mixer at medium-high speed until well mixed. Beat in egg and corn syrup until smooth. Stir in flour mixture. Refrigerate dough for 1 to 2 hours or until easy to handle. (See Tip below.)

4. Stage

Place 1/3 to 1/2 cup Sugar in the Raw in a small dish. Shape dough into 3/4-inch balls; roll in sugar. Place balls 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets.

5. Stage

Bake 7 to 10 minutes or just until edges begin to brown. (Do not overbake or cookies will be dry.) Cool 1 minute on baking sheet, then remove to wire racks to finish cooling.
