How to cook deliciously - New Year's meat
1. Stage

Place the meat on a baking tray. Pour the sauce over it. Bake in a preheated oven at 150g for one hour and 20 minutes, periodically pouring the sauce. Then increase the temperature in the oven to 180g and finish baking for another 20 minutes.
