3. Packed flat-leaf parsley leaves ¼ cup
4. Capers 2 teaspoons
5. Anchovy paste 1 teaspoon
6. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
7. White wine vinegar 1 tablespoon

1 . Stage

Crush garlic and salt in a molcajete or with a mortar and pestle until garlic has a paste-like texture. Add parsley, capers, and anchovy paste; grind into garlic until mixture is coarsely ground.
