1. Pecan halves - 1 cup
2. Raspberry vinegar - 2 tablespoons
3. Dijon mustard - ½ teaspoon
4. Sugar - ½ teaspoon
5. Salt - ½ teaspoon
6. Freshly ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch
7. Olive oil - 6 tablespoons
8. Mixed salad greens, rinsed and dried - 6 cups
9. Dried cranberries - ¾ cup
10. Red onion, thinly sliced - ½ medium
11. Crumbled feta cheese - ½ medium

How to cook deliciously - Cranberry Pecan Salad

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spread pecans evenly on a baking sheet. Toast for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned and fragrant.

In a small bowl, stir together the vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper; mix until sugar and salt dissolve. Whisk in olive oil.
