1 . Stage
Sift both kinds of flour into a bowl, add sugar and salt.

Add warm kefir, yeast.

Knead the dough. Pour in the vegetable oil.

Knead the dough until smooth. Cover with clingfilm and leave to proof in a warm place for 1 hour.

Knead the dough, divide it into 8 equal parts. I advise you to do this on a scale. Roll into balls, cover and leave for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the filling. Grate cheese. Chop washed and dried greens. Mix them together.

Turn on the oven to preheat. Begin shaping. Roll out the kolobok into a rectangle. Put 1 tbsp. of filling on it.

Connect the edges, seal.

Connect the ends, forming a "petal". Do the same with seven koloboks, the eighth to fill and form a round.

Place the billets, seam side down, in a mold, 26-28 cm. Leave in a warm place for proofing, covered with foil. Turn on the oven to preheat.

Spread "flower" with cream and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place in oven. Bake at 180-190 degrees, 30-35 minutes, until beautifully browned. Refer to your oven's specifications.
