1. Elbow macaroni - 3 cups
2. Salt - 1 teaspoon
3. Dry mustard powder - 1 teaspoon
4. Garlic powder - ¾ teaspoon
5. Paprika - ½ teaspoon
6. Onion Powder - ½ teaspoon
7. Ground white pepper - ¼ teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
9. Mayonnaise - 1 ½ cups
10. Evaporated milk - 1 (5 ounce) can
11. Sour cream - ½ cup
12. Finely chopped onion - ½ cup
13. Finely chopped green bell pepper - 3 tablespoons
14. Finely chopped red bell pepper - 3 tablespoons
15. Finely chopped yellow bell pepper - 2 tablespoons
16. Finely chopped celery - ½ cup
17. Finely chopped carrots - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Creamy Macaroni Salad

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, 8 minutes.

While the macaroni is cooking, mix salt, dry mustard, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, white pepper, and black pepper together in a small bowl.

Whisk mayonnaise, evaporated milk, and sour cream together in a large salad bowl until smooth and creamy. Stir in seasoning mix until well blended.

Drain and rinse macaroni under cold water until cooled. Drain again.
