How to cook deliciously - Hercules cutlets
1. Stage
Soak Hercules in warm milk and set to swell for 1 hour.
2. Stage
Pass the meat through a meat grinder. Add grated cheese, grated celery, swollen oats, egg and salt and pepper to taste, mix until smooth.
3. Stage
Make cutlets from minced meat and roll in flour.
4. Stage
Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
