How to cook deliciously - Pickled cabbage rolls
1. Stage
Boil the cabbage for 5 minutes, cool a little and disassemble into leaves. Cut off the hard part.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and fry in vegetable oil (2 tbsp.) For 5 minutes, then add the garlic passed through the press, salt and pepper to taste and cook for a few more minutes.
3. Stage
On each leaf of cabbage, put the finished carrots and roll like ordinary cabbage rolls . Put in a deep plate or saucepan.
4. Stage
We make a marinade by mixing water with vinegar, vegetable oil and add bay leaf, peppercorns, salt and sugar. Bring the marinade to a boil, then cool to room temperature and fill it with cabbage rolls. Put in a cool place for 24 hours.
