Cut halibut into portions

Mix the melted butter with salt, pepper, and the spices you like for the fish. In this case it is dried basil.
3. Stage
Coat a piece of foil with olive oil. Place the halibut skin-side down and spread the spice oil on top.
4. Stage
Wrap the foil envelope well.
5. Stage
Roast halibut in an envelope on a dry frying pan over medium-high heat (I had 4 of 6) for 4 minutes on each side.

Serve hot.
