Ingredients for - Cauliflower Egg Salad

1. Cauliflower, cut into large chunks - ½ head
2. Eggs, hard-boiled and diced - 5
3. Mayonnaise - ¼ cup
4. Pickles, diced - 3
5. Pickle juice - 1 tablespoon
6. Diced onion - 1 teaspoon
7. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
9. Dried chives for garnish - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Cauliflower Egg Salad

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook cauliflower florets in the boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes; drain.

2. Stage

Cut cooled cauliflower into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add eggs, mayonnaise, pickles, pickle juice, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Garnish with chives.
