3. Half-and-half ½ cup
4. Sour cream ½ cup
5. Mayonnaise ½ cup

1 . Stage

Layer cucumber slices in a large bowl, generously seasoning each layer of cucumber with salt and pepper. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours.
