1. Skinless, boneless chicken thighs, diced 5
2. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 pinch
3. Onion powder, or to taste 1 pinch
4. Cooking spray (such as Pam®) 1 pinch
5. Frozen bite-sized potato nuggets (such as Tater Tots®) 1 ½ (32 ounce) packages
6. Precooked bacon, chopped 2 (2.1 ounce) packages
7. Shredded Cheddar cheese 3 cups
8. Ranch dressing mix 1 (1 ounce) package
9. Milk 1 cup

1 . Stage

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and onion powder.

2 . Stage

Lightly spray the bottom a slow cooker with cooking spray. Layer 1/2 of the potato nuggets over the bottom. Sprinkle with 1/4 of the bacon and cover with 1/3 of the Cheddar cheese. Top with all of the chopped chicken. Add 1/3 of the cheese, another 1/4 of the bacon, and remaining potato nuggets. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.

3 . Stage

Mix ranch dressing mix into milk and pour over the top. Cook on High until chicken is no longer pink in the center, 3 to 4 hours. Garnish with remaining bacon before serving.
