2. Cubed boneless, skinless chicken breast - 1 pound
3. Paprika, or more to taste - ⅛ teaspoon
4. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ⅛ teaspoon
5. Yellow onion, chopped - 1 medium
6. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
7. Cubed fully cooked ham - 2 cups
8. Condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 (10.5 ounce) can
9. Cream of broccoli soup - 1 (10.5 ounce) can
10. Sour cream - 1 cup
11. Shredded Swiss cheese - 1 ½ cups
12. Chicken broth - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - After the Holidays Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Coat the hot pan with olive oil; add chicken and cook until browned on all sides, 5 to 7 minutes. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Add onion and garlic; cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add ham and cook for 2 more minutes.

Mix condensed soups, sour cream, 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, and chicken broth together in a separate bowl. Add to the chicken mixture and stir until well combined. Transfer to a large casserole dish and top with remaining Swiss cheese.
