1. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
2. Butter 1 tablespoon
3. Onion, thinly sliced 1
4. Garlic, minced 1 clove
5. Sliced fresh mushrooms 4 cups
6. Beef broth 1 ½ cups
7. Water 1 cup
8. Red wine ¼ cup
9. Tomato paste ¼ cup
10. Ground black pepper to taste ¼ cup
11. Parmesan cheese ¼ cup
12. Chopped fresh parsley 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Tomato Mushroom Soup

1 . Stage

Heat oil and butter in a medium saucepan until hot. Add onion and garlic and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.

Pour in broth, water, and wine. Add tomato paste and season with pepper. Cook until heated through, 6 to 10 minutes.

Ladle into bowls and garnish with Parmesan and parsley.
