1. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Butter - 1 tablespoon
3. Onion, thinly sliced - 1
4. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
5. Sliced fresh mushrooms - 4 cups
6. Beef broth - 1 ½ cups
7. Water - 1 cup
8. Red wine - ¼ cup
9. Tomato paste - ¼ cup
10. Ground black pepper to taste - ¼ cup
11. Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup
12. Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Tomato Mushroom Soup

1. Stage

Heat oil and butter in a medium saucepan until hot. Add onion and garlic and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.

Pour in broth, water, and wine. Add tomato paste and season with pepper. Cook until heated through, 6 to 10 minutes.
