1. Tomato paste - 2 (6 ounce) cans
2. Chopped fresh basil - 2 tablespoons
3. Olive oil - ¼ cup
4. Crushed garlic - 1 teaspoon
5. Sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil, drained - ¾ cup
6. Salt - ½ teaspoon
7. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
8. Garlic salt - 1 teaspoon

1. Stage

In a blender or food processor, mix tomato paste, basil, olive oil, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, salt, white sugar and garlic salt. Blend to the consistency of a spreadable paste. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
