How to cook deliciously - Italian Sausages
1. Stage
Cut the meat into small cubes and chop it with an axe or a heavy knife
2. Stage
Add salt, crushed fengel and anise seeds, pepper, and crushed garlic. Mix well and leave for 1 hour. In the meantime, prepare the casing.
3. Stage
Stuff the sausages loosely, tying with twine to the desired length. Remove air bubbles with a needle (no more than 3-4 punctures per sausage). Leave the sausages to shrink in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
4. Stage
The sausages can be baked in the oven, pan fried, grilled, or barbecued (I baked them in the oven). If you don't eat them all at once, you can freeze the rest.
