Ingredients for - Veggie Pate

1. Sunflower seeds - 1 cup
2. Whole wheat flour - ½ cup
3. Nutritional yeast - ½ cup
4. Salt - ½ teaspoon
5. Vegetable oil - ½ cup
6. Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
7. Potato, peeled and chopped - 1
8. Carrot, peeled and sliced - 1 large
9. Onion, chopped - 1
10. Celery, chopped - 1 stalk
11. Garlic, peeled - 1 clove
12. Water - 1 ½ cups
13. Dried thyme - ½ teaspoon
14. Dried basil leaves - ½ teaspoon
15. Dried sage - ½ teaspoon
16. Dried savory - ½ teaspoon
17. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
18. Ground dry mustard - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Veggie Pate

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.

2. Stage

In a food processor, blend sunflower seeds, whole wheat flour, nutritional yeast, salt, vegetable oil, lemon juice, potato, carrot, onion, celery, garlic, water, thyme, basil, sage, savory, pepper and dry mustard. Process the mixture until almost smooth.

3. Stage

Transfer mixture to the baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven 1 hour, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
