Ingredients for - Yellow Squash Dressing

1. Diced yellow squash - 2 cups
2. Crumbled cornbread - 2 cups
3. Margarine, melted - ½ cup
4. Dried sage - 2 teaspoons
5. Cream of mushroom soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
6. Egg, beaten - 1
7. Onion, chopped - 1 large
8. Sugar - 1 ½ teaspoons
9. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 ½ teaspoons
10. Milk - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Yellow Squash Dressing

1. Stage

Place squash in a pot fitted with a steamer basket over boiling water, and steam 10 minutes, or until tender.

2. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.

3. Stage

In a bowl, mix the squash, cornbread, margarine, sage, cream of mushroom soup, egg, onion, sugar, salt and pepper, and milk. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.

4. Stage

Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned.
