1. Butter - 2 teaspoons
2. Eggs - 4 large
3. Processed American cheese - 4 slices
4. Toasted white bread - 8 slices
5. Salt and pepper to taste - 8 slices
6. Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
7. Ketchup - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Fried Egg Sandwich

1. Stage

Melt butter over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Crack eggs into the pan and cook to desired firmness. Just before eggs are cooked, place a slice of cheese over each egg; continue to cook until cheese has melted.

2. Stage

Transfer each egg to a toasted slice of bread. Season eggs with salt and pepper. Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on remaining slices of bread and cover eggs with bread to make 4 sandwiches. Serve warm.
