Pour the yogurt into a bowl, add salt and sugar, egg, melted butter. Stir everything. Add the cottage cheese and mix again. Pour in the yeast.

Add flour in small portions and knead the dough. Cover with a clean towel and leave in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours, until 2-3 times more in volume. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface.

Pinch off a piece of dough the size of a tennis ball and roll it into a strip. Brush the strip with melted butter.

Roll into a roll and cut in half. Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Leave some space between the buns so that they can rise and not stick together. Allow them to rise for 30 minutes, covering them with a damp towel. Brush with beaten egg.
