2. Alfredo sauce - 1 (15 ounce) jar
3. Lemon juice - 3 tablespoons
4. Drained capers - 1 tablespoon
5. Lemon zest - ½ teaspoon
6. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
7. Tuna, drained and flaked - 2 (5 ounce) cans

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
