2. Tamarind concentrate - 2 tablespoons
3. Pure maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
4. Minced shallot - 1 tablespoon
5. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
6. Black pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
7. Extra-virgin olive oil - ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Tamarind Vinaigrette

1. Stage

Combine rice vinegar, tamarind concentrate, maple syrup, shallot, salt, and pepper in the bowl of a small food processor or blender. Pulse to combine.
