2. Cashew milk - 3 cups
3. Cooked brown rice - 2 cups
4. Red potatoes, diced - 6 large
5. Cabbage, sliced - 1 medium head
6. Carrots, diced - 6 large
7. Yellow onion, diced - 1 medium
8. Vegan butter - 2 tablespoons
9. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
10. Garlic powder - 2 teaspoons
11. Salt - 2 teaspoons
12. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
13. Onion Powder - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Easy Vegan Potato Soup

1. Stage

Combine 8 cups water, cashew milk, brown rice, red potatoes, cabbage, carrots, onion, vegan butter, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and onion powder in a very large pot over medium heat; bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 3 hours. Stir occasionally while simmering and add any extra seasonings as desired.
