6. Chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley - 2 tablespoons
7. Canola oil - 2 tablespoons
8. Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
9. Lime, juiced - 1
10. Cider vinegar - 1 teaspoon
11. Hot pepper sauce, or to taste - 1 dash
12. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 dash
13. Taco shells - 8
14. Mahi mahi fillets, cut into 1-inch slices - 4 (6 ounce)
15. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
16. Paprika - 1 teaspoon
17. Salt - ½ teaspoon
18. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Healthy Fish Tacos with Mango Salsa

1. Stage

Stir mango, avocado, tomato, red onion, red pepper, parsley, canola oil, brown sugar, lime juice, cider vinegar, hot pepper sauce, salt, and ground black pepper together in a bowl. Refrigerate salsa for at least 1 hour.
