1. Rolled oats - 3 cups
2. Sunflower seeds - ½ cup
3. Unsweetened shredded coconut - ½ cup
4. Brown sugar - ¼ cup
5. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
6. Sea salt - 1 teaspoon
7. Plain Greek yogurt - 1 cup
8. Natural peanut butter, melted - ½ cup
9. Pure maple syrup - 6 tablespoons
10. Coconut oil, melted - ¼ cup
11. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
12. Vanilla protein powder - 1 cup
13. Dark chocolate, chopped - 1 (2 ounce) bar

How to cook deliciously - Chuck's Protein Bars

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish.

2. Stage

Mix oats, sunflower seeds, coconut, brown sugar, cinnamon, and sea salt together in a large bowl.

3. Stage

Stir yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract together in a separate bowl until smooth; add to oats mixture and stir to coat. Mix protein powder and chocolate into the resulting mixture; spread into prepared baking dish.
