How to cook deliciously - Salad with red beans

Prepare the products.

Pour the beans into a cup, pour cold water and leave overnight. In the morning, drain the water, wash the beans. Fill with water and cook according to the instructions on the package. (I usually cook the whole package at once and then cooked beans freeze in portions. That's why I listed the time for cooking the salad - 15 minutes, since I used already boiled beans. )
3. Stage
Dice tomatoes, finely dice onions, and randomly cut olives (I cut them into smaller pieces). Finely chop the herbs and garlic.
4. Stage
Pour 1 tbsp. olive oil into a frying pan and add 1 tsp. brown sugar. Place onion and garlic in this mixture and fry for 3-5 minutes. Let cool.

In a bowl mix 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, a pinch of salt and ground red pepper (a tip of a knife). The dressing is ready.
6. Stage
In a working bowl, place 0.5 tbsp of boiled beans, tomatoes, olives, sauteed onions and garlic, and herbs. Add the dressing. Mix everything well.
7. Stage
We serve our salad.
