1. Ground pork - ¼ pound
2. Shrimp - peeled, deveined and minced to a paste - ¼ pound
3. Egg white - 1
4. Chopped water chestnuts - 2 tablespoons
5. Chopped green onion - 2 tablespoons
6. Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
7. Soy sauce - 2 teaspoons
8. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
9. Minced garlic - 1 teaspoon
10. Oyster sauce - 1 teaspoon
11. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
12. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
13. Sesame oil - ¼ teaspoon
14. Round dumpling skins - 1 (14 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Hawaiian Pork Hash

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, mix together the ground pork, shrimp, egg white, water chestnuts, green onion, cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, and sesame oil.

Place about 1 tablespoon of this filling onto the center of each dumpling wrapper, and bring the sides up to the top. Do not seal the top, as these dumplings are left open. Place dumplings in a steamer.
